Christmas Eve

We spent Christmas Eve with my parents, brother and sister-in-law. Juliana still isn't back to normal, so she rested on the couch while the rest of us enjoyed the yummy turkey dinner - it was much quieter without her at the dinner table.

After dinner and clean-up we started opening presents. Juliana received so many wonderful presents including a bouncy seat for her baby doll, cool school computer keyboard and games, and books and clothes. One of her presents was a rocket chair (Little Einsteins) that Unle Nick had to blow up for her.

The Horse

When the first Christmas present you open is bigger than you are, makes sound, moves and you can ride it...will the other presents pale in comparison? Leave it to Uncle Nick to buy something over-the-top. I have a feeling the kids will always look forward to seeing what's under the tree (or in this case in another room) from Uncle Nick and Aunt Becky.

Longwood Gardens

I am way behind on posting recently so I will add some more pictures this week. Here are some pictures from our trip to Longwood Gardens in Eastern PA while we were visiting Nick.

Visiting the Horse Farm

We went to Uncle Nick's house for a short visit. Nonni, Juliana and I drove there during the day on Thursday (after making a stop in Gettysburg along the way). G and Scott drove down later that day. When we arrived at Nick's house, we decided to head to the barn since Aunt Becky was there. Juliana was so excited to see the horses, but she was surpised by how big they were. She was much more interested in running around the farm and playing in the gravel and dirt.

Thanks Easter Bunny!

In this case - Thanks Uncle Nick and Aunt Becky! Juliana loved her surprise box of Easter treats. She had lots of fun pulling the packing materials out and scattered the packing peanuts along the hallway. She wanted to eat the cookie right away :)
