This morning as we were about to leave the house, Juliana announced that she needed her shoppin purse - I grabbed a small purple one and then she spotted her favorite black purse and insisted on both. She put one on each shoulder and headed for the front door grabbing her purple floppy hat on the way outside.
In other news, the monthly letter and calendar for the Toddler room came home today. They have decided to temporarily suspend the monthy "sharing day". Do we think this is Juliana's doing...
Her favorite color continues to be yellow, but purple is being requested more and more. The last 2 days she has requested purple clothes to wear...I thought that I had more time before she wanted a say in what she was wearing.
Juliana started at a new school on Monday this week. The new school is around the block from our house so it is a quick walk - that is going to be so nice in the winter instead of clearing the snow/ice from the car and driveway just to drive a few miles and back to work at home. The first few day went very well, but the last two have been a bit more difficult - she is struggling with the transition and change to her established routine. She will be in the 2-yr old room until she turns 3 in October and then she will transition to preschool.
